Dear Bioinformatics Community,

I have updated the SigniSite-2.1 server and I would REALLY appreciate if you could take a look with your bioinformatics eyes and give feedback reg.:

- Ease of use

- Stability

- Anything that catches your eyes

We are already blessed with many users, primarily wet-lab people, so I am not out to promote, but rather to get invaluable feedback from people with bioinformatics skills! I am sure you know how it easy to get "blind", when looking at ones own work!

Thanks in advance,

Leon

Briefly: "SigniSite performs residue level genotype phenotype correlation in protein multiple sequence alignments by identifying amino acid residues significantly associated with the phenotype of the data set. Input is a protein multiple sequence alignment in FASTA format. The phenotype is represented by a real-valued numerical parameter placed white-space separated, last in the identifier of each sequence" [http://www.cbs.dtu.dk/services/SigniSite/]
