This is a very general question regarding planar CMOS Bulk production. As we all know that due to lots of problems in terms of Reliable Design in the presence of Power, Speed for CMOS bulk. I was wondering if there is any company still doing production of ICs with planar bulk CMOS below let say 32nm?

With my recent search, I find out that Apple A8 is 20 nm CMOS bulk IC manufactured by TSMC.

I hope if someone can find even smaller node.
There is another rumor about STMicroelectronics having 22 nm Bulk (but not confirmed) yet. Need any news or link about it.
I am not sure about ASIC. But some FGPA has come out I suppose. May be I will let you know after checking with my industrial friends.

However, someone from another forum informed me that:
"STM has access to 20nm bulk planar that was developed with IBM/Samsung/GF (called 20LPM). However, I have not seen any product in the market that uses the said process. They are running their 28nm FDSOI and are im process of migrating to what they call 14FDSOI, which has GRs comparable to 20nm bulk planar, i.e. metal pitch of 64nm."
