Does anoyone use Kaighn's medium (Gibco) for cell culture ?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to find a suitable medium for my cell culture line. Usually, these cells are cultured in DMEM/F-12 from Gibco, originally formulated with 17,5mM glucose. However, I want to have a final glucose concentration in my medium between 5 and 7mM. The closest medium I found is Kaighn's medium (from Gibco also). According to both formulations, I assume that the two media are quite similar on other every compounds.

Does anyone know/use this Kaighn's medium ? Any recommandations ?
