Do you kow any biomarker testing laboratory to detect biomarkers related to kappa opioid system?

Hello

I am interested to study opioid biomarkers in human blood, especially in kappa opioid system. My main targets are dynorphin and oprk. since the amount of our samples are limited I would like to know if there is any institute or laboratory can detect related biomarkers with small sample size using multi assay.
