Hello! I want to use Nano-Glo® Luciferase Assay System (Promega) for IVIS image with live animal. I will image on mice. But I don't know the suitable dose of this chemical for mice. I also search the protocol from company, but there is the dose with cell live image, not for animal. Do you have any suggestions for me?
