How can I calculate the concentration of analytes (VOCs) using equilibrium headspace analysis?

When analysis VOCs in solid waste or water, the technique of equilibrium headspace analysis was use (as EPA Method 5021A) but not include guidelines for calculation. Pls, how to calculate them?

Not my field but I'd expect that you would need to spike the matrices to calibrate the headspace measurements
