Oyster mushroom (Pleurotus spp) grows well in PDB (potato dextro broth) with shaking for oxygen provided. You can receive maximal biomass after 5-6 day. If you want to use biomass for next cultivation (second seed), can stop after 4-5 day then homogenize biomass.

We obtain good results on Malt Extract broth placed to 750ml flasks ( 200-250ml of broth per flask) in shaking culture.
