I would like to become self disciplined and work by myself without supervision.
How do I achieve it when I am not interested at all in working without any push by others?

In my view and in practical, you may find lot of difficulties specially when there is no well defined job responsibilities, poor leadership and management, shared and overlapping work responsibilities and there you will find the role of self-disciplined. you may try the following, this is not a exhaustive list:
1. Maintain a work book for self and your subordinates
2. focus on your job assignments, if time permit help others.
3. Set job priority in routine and first target the work which may be complete soon
4. Do official communication for the work having shared responsibility
5. Learn to say no, when the task is not manageable to you.
6. proper record of your work.

1. Awareness to what needs to get done. This can be applied to assignments, challenges, etc
2. Commitment to act on those assignments, challenges, etc (i.e., I need to get this project completed by this Friday) that you’re aware of that needs to get done.
3. Energy/Execute on those assignments
As a person, I have to be interested in it, otherwise I don't think it will work. It is also important that self-discipline is exemplified by managers and becomes part of the organizational culture.
Self discipline is a personal decision, but you cannot achieve without others input. I would advice you to work with a strict person or establishment that can instil discipline in you, which will then become
your habit.
