How do I create a heatmap of passed/failed ratio in GraphPad?

Hello everyone,

I have two data sets of samples that passed or failed a specific analysis. I have two variables that I would like to compare based on whether the samples passed or failed the analysis.

I have plotted both data sets on a XY graph, and would like to layer a heatmap on top of it to show areas where the analysis works best. How do I enter the data into GraphPad to create this specific kind of heatmap?

Hi,

To create a heatmap of passed/failed ratio in GraphPad Prism

Enter data into a 'Grouped' data table, with each cell showing a specific variable combination and its corresponding ratio.

Generate a heatmap by navigating to 'New Graphs' > 'Heat Map'.

Customise the graph by adjusting colour, axis labels, and other settings in the 'Format Graph' dialogue, accessed by double-clicking the graph.
