I would like to see how are micro particles moving in a transparent LIQUID. I have considered Long-Distance Microscope, but not found a suitable one yet. Observation of such micro particle requires very high magnification, leading to difficulty in fabrication of the Long-Distance Microscope.
Please suggest me a suitable devices and other more advantageous technologies.

Tue Pham: Thanks. My solution ~ 1000 ml and put on a hot plate. Onsite observation of the solution is needed, so AFM may be not useful in my case :)
Try illuminating the sample horizontally in a dark room. Light will scatterr off the index miasmatch between the object & water and will enter the objective virtically. See OIR imaging by us.

Can you give more details about your sample. Without knowing much details i would say DIC or phase at low magnification should work best.

Actually we would like to observe what are happening during etching of crystal silicon by KOH with some additives inside. It is required to see motion and size of these additives and H2 bubbles created from reaction between Si and KOH.
In my understanding, Phase Contrast and DIC Microscopies have advantages in case of flat samples. In my situation, observation the sample and solution around it requires long-range working distance and relatively high resolution of the microscopies. I just found ShuttlePix P-400R Digital Microscope from Nikon, which might be suitable for this purpose. See the enclosed link pls.
