Usually GCMS, LCMS are used to determine pesticide residue. However, several findings are available to determine residues usuing spectroscopic method. Could you please clarify that using spectroscopic method multi residues of pesticides is possible and is it possible to determine residues at or below EU-MRLs using spectroscopic method?

Dear Dr. M. D.H. Prodhan, Although you marked this question as solved; but I think still one important issue you raised in your question needs to be addressed. You want to know that EU-MRL or below the MRL is detectable by Spectroscopy? My answer is regarding this MRL and below MRL analysis is very sophisticated and precise and can not be possible by spectroscopy. Even, HPLC, GC-MS, LC-MS may fail to detect below MRL while the signal/noise ratio is not stabilized.
However, spectroscopy may be used as a passive indicator for detecting pesticide residues. This passive method does not quantify an accurate residual amount of pesticides rather comparing the standard curve results. This spectroscopy method can be used to rectify the optimum wavelength during HPLC or LC-MS analysis.
