Can anyone suggest me if there's any kit available for LIC? If yes, then which is the most recommended kit?
Two kits I have trid and they both work very efficiently for LIC. 1) In-Fusion HD Cloning Kits from clontech 2) Gibson Assembly from NEB. They both use sequence homology for coloning and are able to clone multiple DNA fragments simultaneously into any vector in a single reaction. No restriction digestion, phosphatase treatment, or ligation required.
Life technologies Gateway cloning has no restriction enzymes or ligase.
Although you use ligase, check Golden Gate https://www.neb.com/applications/cloning-and-synthetic-biology/gene-assembly/golden-gate-assembly. You can use a kit or get your constructs and do it home-made, and like Gibson assembly it allows for multiple gene cloning in one go (both have different advantages).
For your info I attach a few alternative methods, some of them PCR-based.

The Structural Genomics Consortium (SGC) has made LIC very routine and have constructed lots of vectors for different expression purposes.
