Is it possible that FWHM is same for all the XRD peaks of a particular material?

Hello,

I am doing XRD data analysis of a certain material which may have more than one phases.

While calculating crytallite size I noticed that almost all peaks have same FWHM except 3 peaks. Can I consider that the peaks with same FWHM belongs to the same phase?
