The biggest sadness I feel is not being able to eliminate this attitude in people. Although I realize these situations in the work and social spheres, I always focus on my excessive optimism and professional confidence.
I do not believe that people necessarily "choose" the attitudes they wear or bear in life. Some attitudes are "ground into people" by others who cause them to bear these burdens that they themselves are not able to fight off on their own.
Generally speaking, attitude plays a very pivotal role in our happiness and well being because the way one views and explains the world has a great bearing on the results one obtains in life. A negative attitude is indicative of the fact that life will be more turbulent than it should be. Such pessimistic outlook will have an adverse impact our health, relationships, and professional growth. In other words, a negative mindset can lead to destructive consequences pushing life into a complete paralysis.
Pocket Oxford English Dictionary (2007) defines attitude as a way of thinking or feeling about someone or something. An attitude consists of feelings, beliefs and intention of acting. Therefore negativity leads to sadness.

The negative attitude of a person is responsible for his failure in many aspects of life and makes him sad. It gives adverse effect on health and behaviour of human beings.
Perhaps the negative attitude is an external reflection of something internal, so if it is not corrected in a certain way it will affect not only the mood and health, but even social relations and other aspects of life.
If anybody want to get less pain, less despair, more power for struggle, more energy to overcome problems in life, s/he must have positive thinking in all aspects of life. It is not an easy practice, but there is no shortcut.
Yes. Our inner thinking determine how happy/sad we look. Negative attitude is a product of negative thought. People with negative attitude form bad relationship with colleagues, neighbours and family. They enjoy no peace of mind due to their negative behaviour. They are always lonely and created a void future for themselves.
Agree, The negative attitude of a person is responsible for his failure in many aspects of life and makes him sad. It gives adverse effect on health and behavior of human beings.
Yes it is true. In fact negative attitude creates chronic stress, which upsets the body's hormone balance causing depletion of the brain chemicals required for happiness.
Colleagues are right. Unfortunately, yes, it happens. There is a big problem when people do nothing to improve this unpleasant situation, especially for them.
I know at least a few cases when the personal tragedy of people has been transformed into brilliant masterpieces of classical music, thanks to which we know these people very well. For example, Ludwig van Beethoven suffered complete deafness, but he immortalized his name by the genial Ninth Symphony, which he conducted at the premiere being absolutely deaf. When he finished conducting, he simply stood silently because did not hear the jubilation of people. However, he was forced to turn round with his face to the hall after a while to see the stormy applause of people. The second example is Pyotr Tchaikovsky, who wanted to commit suicide and drown in the river because of his illness (I will not name). However, he was saved. If not for this disease, we would never have heard his brilliant Sixth Symphony in which he expressed all his personal trials as fate. The third example is Sergei Rachmaninov, who was in a deeply stressed state for a few years after the failure of his First Symphony. However, he was cured by a psychiatrist Nikolai Dahl, who inspired Rakhmaninov's confidence in his creative work. After this cure, Rachmaninoff composed his brilliant Second Concerto for Piano and Orchestra, which is performed by pianists all over the world.

Negativity is a tendency to be downbeat, disagreeable, and skeptical. It's a pessimistic attitude that always expects the worst. Negative outcomes are bad outcomes like losing a game, getting a disease, suffering an injury, or getting something stolen.
It is very difficult to smile when you want to cry and it is a great relief when you can tell someone what is actually going on. All this to say that the “negative” person may be a suffering person, and could use reach-out rather than stay-away. If their despair shows up in the form of irritability or even hostility, it may be worth trying to perceive the deeper issue. It might help them personally, enhance the interpersonal dynamic and improve the milieu.
the great Russian writer Anton Chekhov was deeply unhappy man due to his tuberculosis disease from the age of 24. At the same time, Chekhov was a physician and well understood that his illness would progress and death could quickly come and it came at age 44. Therefore, his stories are so impressionable, because each time they were written as the last time in his life. Here is an example of how it is possible to turn personal negative experiences into interesting and fascinating stories in which we often find out ourselves. Chekhov transformed his personal human experiences to stories with truthful human psychology, in which there is no falsity at all and everything looks quite plausible. That's why Chekhov is loved all over the world - he is sincere and truthful, but one talent is not enough to write like that. It is also necessary to personally experience the most severe negative emotions.
On the contrary, it must overcome the negative attitude and overcome it in order to continue in life and face problems strongly and does not allow the negative attitude to weaken his resolve or defeat even if this situation is difficult and painful

Do you agree that negative attitude of a person makes him sad frequently?
Highly likely. Reason being negative attitudes can cause a person facing or developing many unresolved "roadblocks" throughout their lives that make him or her feel sad frequently.
Mahatma Gandhi , the leader of all times , states a beautiful thing about sadness and suggests that when in despair, we should remember that "all through history the way of truth and love have always won". As such, managing our bad moments is a useful way of making our lives more meaningful. In the world of absurdity, we should muster the forces inside us to conquer despair and to eliminate feelings which give us suicidal tendencies. After all, we cannot protect ourselves from sadness without learning how to love and be loved in return, without hoping that tomorrow will be, perhaps, a more promising day for doing greater things.
