Does senescence-associated beta-galactosidase overexpressed and get accumulated in yeast senescent cells?

No they don't.

In fact, budding yeast does not have beta-galactosidase gene.

Moreover, the mechanism of (replicative) senescence of yeast is very different from that of mammalian cells.
