I think public universities are more attractive than private ones.

When it has good management is very simple but everyone works independen, not it achieve the goals

Yes, my university has recently started to collaborate with private sector to enhance the effectiveness of industry in the city and country. So Manisa Celal Bayar University, a public university is attractive public ınstitution for private sector in the industry. On the other hand, there are many orther public universities particularly technical universities having techno-city applications in Turkey.
