I am checking if there is integration between the wings and the body, and while conducting analyses in Morpho J, I found integration between these two structures. Then, I separated the data by sexes and performed integration again for both structures. As a result, I found that there is integration, and it is significant for both sexes. However, the RV of one sex is greater than that of the other sex. Is there any statistical test to determine if these differences in RV between the sexes are significant? Thank you very much.
