the use of probiotics in aquaculture has witnessed a drastic surge and Increased use of antibiotics has led to the high proportion of antibiotic-resistant bacteria which provide threat to fish and man through consumption of the infected fish. In three different researches I added antifungal extracts from lactobacillus to the fish diets in different concentrations to illustrate both bio preservation of diets and also the effect of these extracts on growth parameters of Tilapia fish. the results demonstrated enhancement in growth and body weight in treated fish when compared with the control untreated once.
When we talk about a probiotic, regardless of their origin indeed the probiotic microorganisms passed some tests that confirm beneficial effects of them. So there are no concern about their efficacy.

Probiotic applications really efficient for aquaculture production. It improves growth and disease resistance capacity of fishes. We have tested the application of gut probiotic against pathogenic bacteria in catfishes. We have got a remarkable outcomes in terms of prevention of experimental pathogenic infection, growth improvement and water quality improvement.
