Do I need to dialyze my protein sample after protamine sulphate treatment?

I have used protamine sulphate to precipitate nucleic acids from my protein sample (taq DNA polymerase) as the last step of purification. I'm wondering if I need to dialyze the sample to remove protamine sulphate, as I'm concerned it will interfere with PCR.

Hi there,

Even better than dialysis I would perform Size Exclusion Chromatography for the buffer exchange as it further allows to check the homogeneity of the sample from the oligomerization point of view.
