We have a human OSKM gene cosntruct that we want to use to reprogram mouse and rat fibroblasts as well as human cells.
Hi Rodolfo, human OSKM work with mouse. I don't know with rat cells, but my guess is yes. For example, Axololt and Medaka Oct4 genes can reprogram human cells (Tapia et al., Nature, 2012)
