How can I get Journal Impact Factors from a list of ISSN numbers?

Dear colleagues, I have a table with ~5000 Journal ISSN numbers and would like to obtain an Impact Facor (or SJR) value for each. Could anyone suggest a smart way to automate this? Thanks!
