Li J et al. EBI2 augments Tfh cell fate by promoting interaction with IL-2-quenching dendritic cells. Nature. 2016 May 5;533(7601):110-4. doi: 10.1038/nature17947.
In the Immgen webpage, where you can check the gene expression profile of many immune cells, IL2ra is shown to be expressed at a very low level in most MFs (including splenic), and very high level in certain splenic T cells (such as Tregs). Of course that is gene expression data and not protein expression, yet, I would guess, based on these data, that CD25 is not expressed by splenic MFs/DCs.
Of course data always beats this sort of correlative evidence,
Both pDC and cDC isolated from mouse spleen show very low expression of CD25 ex-vivo. But CD25 is upregulated on DC when cultured in media alone and further still when activated in culture with adjuvants such as CpG or pIC. See: Methods Mol Biol. 2013;960:359-70. doi: 10.1007/978-1-62703-218-6_26.
