I am going to check changes in pain threshold in streptozotocin-induced neuropathic pain model in rat using the plantar test? If anyone has worked with thermal threshold in this model of neuropathic pain? Is it work?
As per my experience it work well in STZ induced neuropathic model.

Thermal thresholds are often less present in some neuropathic models, and vary between different strains, so check you are using the same strain as other studies which saw positive effects!
