I have these two bacteria which are silver resistant. I am wondering if the mechanism of their resistant in sporulation. However, they are able to replicate and grow on a dish and broth. (Also, under a microscope I can not see any morphological deviations that would signify sporulation)
Is it possible for the bacteria to be sporulating if they are replicating?

Which type of bacteria are you working with? Usually gram-positive bacteria form spores.
spore formation in bacteria is usually triggered by a lack of nutrients.
In process of sporulation bacteria undergo cell division, thus it will replicate.

HELLO, SPORULATING BACTERIA ARE IN STATE WHEN SPORE NOT MULTIPLY, WHILE REMAIN IN THAT STATE. NOW WHEN CONDITIONS IMPROVE NUTRITIONAL OTHER FACTORS THESE SPORES CAN GERMINATE AGAIN TO THE VEGETATIVE FORM (BACTERIAL CELL) AND IF SO HOW CAN DIVIDE. IF CONDITIONS BECOME ENVIRONMENT UNDER NUTRIENT CAN THEN BACK TO WHERE IS LATENTE FORM SPORES. THE SPORE IS A FORM OF SURVIVAL OF VERY LOW METABOLIC ACTIVITY. I HOPE HAVE YOUR QUESTION SATISFIED.
