I'm a starter in copepod research and looking for better DNA extraction procedure for both fresh and marine water copepods. It will be helpful if you can share your knowledge and suggest me some papers.
I would look up some papers by Carol Lee. Her lab has been doing molecular work on marine and freshwater Copepoda for some years.
