I was wondering if someone can tell me the character of different protein fractions extracted from different buffers, e.g. the Tris-, RAB-, RIPA-, FA-soluble, sarkosyl-insoluble fractions?

I was also wondering which textbook/journal article may provide the answers for the above question.
