Did anyone work to make a Panther analysis for upregulated genes ?

Here I try to make out Panther analysis for highly expressed genes detected in Realtime PCR analysis? will it be possible? or any method can be suggested to make gene clustering? Thanks in advance.

Yes, you can. But the number of candidate genes should be large as possible to generate significant findings as similar to microarray.

Apart from this, you may use STRING and DAVID for clustering and enrichment analysis.
