I'm now dealing with the NFS-60 cell line, which is a suspension cell line, however, it continues to grow and shows that it is attached to the culture flask surface despite the fact that I changed the culture flask (Corning T75 cm2 culture flask) after each bioassay.

Are you using M-CSF in your culture?
M-CSF causes differentiation of NFS-60 cells into macrophage which becomes adherent. Please refer to the article below for more information.

Thanks for your reply. I also guess that the adhered cells differentiate into mature macrophages. But the fact that, I've been treating this NFS-60 cell line with GCSF instead of M-CSF since the beginning of its culture, and while its growth rate is faster, some of the cells stick to the surface of the culture flask. It's a continuous cell line, and I recently utilized it for three more months, but it's recently become attached to the surface of its culture flask, despite the fact that it was previously a completely suspended cell line.
