Desipramine vs imipramine in animal 6-ohda, how about Desipramine in form of injection or salt is not available but Imipramine salt is available ?

in My research about inducing Parkinson by 6-OHDA in rat MFB , Desipramin is not available in form of injection or salt and drug available just as tablet to injection before 6-ohda for NE , but we have imipramine in stock to use , do you think if I can replace them ?
