Dear all,
Please I need to detect some chemical molecules in water using ELISA and to develop it I need an important quantity of reagents. I want to reduce the number of experiment, I asked aroud me they said that I need to start by DOE based on RSM, please let me know how to do a DOE....

If i'm not mistaken you just aim to get the optimum amount of your reagent for the detection process rite. So u just have one factor. I recommend you to use RSM if only u have any other factors to optimize. Otherwise just use conventional method
But if you have to optimize multiple reagent , yes you can try to use RSM or mixture design using minitab or design expert
