I have done the extraction with 90% Aqueous Ethanol of 25 gms of the sample and then filtered and then evaporated the solvent. After this, I did Lypholizations and after lyophilization, I got 0.5, 0.9, 1.5, 2 and 3.5 gms of pure extract in powdered form. Now I am worried that is this the enough amount of extract which someone can get from 25gms of initial plant material like Roots or leaves?
