Dear all how to correlate the Dirac shift of Graphite based FETs with Graphene based Field Effect Transistors (FETs) ?

I have gone through many papers on Dirac shift but could find satisfactorily the the role of Dirac shift in Graphene based Field Effect Transistors (FETs)?Also is there any Dirac shift occur in Graphite base FETs,if yes how to correlate it with Graphene base FETs
