Hello everybody,

I would like to ask if anybody knows if there is any alternative type of culture media, which is possible prepare without heating? We use agar for culturing earth worm E. crypticus. We want to add to the basis of medium some supplements, which are not stable at high temperature (perfect would be to do not get over 45 °C, during the preparation)
