Hello,

I am currently working with serum samples to perform a Western Blot to identify a series of target proteins.

I am having trouble calculating the amount of sample I need to load.

I would like to load 10 ug of total protein per each 10 uL well for gel electrophoresis. The protein concentrations of my samples are approximately 60 mg/mL.

What is the best way to achieve this?
