Another term for what you mean : human DNA quantitation here must be mention to Real-time PCR is recommended for human DNA quantitation for buccal samples, especially in forensic investigations away from picogreen and others flourscent dyes.

You can use 1- design probe-primer set for Human telomerase reverse transcriptase (hTERT) gene 2- less cost , design primer - SyBR green method for different regions in intra and inter- Alu elements 3- simple and less cost , primer - SyBR green method for amelogenin and specific primer available on free online sites 4- or you design biomarker have good specifications .
