I am planning to perform the functional study of gene whuch is supplied maternally, so morpholino-mediated knockdown assay won't work. Also about the CRISPR mediated knockout study need to wait for the next generation. Unfortunately, I don’t have time to do this. Could you please advise me that any suitable techniques for this experiment which will be done shortly?
