I asked myself if I should at least include some LTE and BPE equations. They bring nothing new, since we just apply them mechanically, but I realized by submitting it to the eyes of some colleagues that it could indeed help better understand the concept. So I will probably do it.

Your paper seems to be trying to explain polar jets from black holes, those are a completely different topic to Hawking Radiation which would exist even for a non-rotating hole (Schwarzschild) and in the absence of any accretion disc. In that case, the radiation would be isotropic and have a thermal spectrum. Has there perhaps been some confusion over the terminology?

No, there is no confusion. But I knew someone would react to that. I am talking about the polar jets, indeed, and refers to Hawking's radiation by qualifying them as such. Assimilation is voluntary.

Also, it is not necessary that there is an accretion disk around the black hole so that there is accretion on the other side of the horizon of events. Maybe I should have been clearer about this.

However, altering the meaning of well-defined terms is not. Hawking radiation is a specific term that refers to a completely different phenomenon, it is a Bogoliubov transform of the so-called virtual particles of the quantum vacuum which means that while they are virtual locally, they appear real to a distant observer.

Since nothing can return across the horizon (by definition, it wouldn't be an "event horizon" if any information could return), the disc has to be outside.

I just would like to remember, with my limite langage skills, that Hawking radiation are not necessary explained by quantum vacuum fluctuations. Indeed, to explain black hole radiation, relativistic way is not new. You could for example get more information about Penrose process.

I think that language may be the problem, "Hawking Radiation" is a name that is given specifically to the thermal emission due to transformation of quantum vacuum fluctuations, if that isn't the origin, it would be given a different name.

Yes, that is much more like what your are describing but again it is not related to "Hawking Radiation".
