I submitted an article to a peer review journal on black holes evaporation. This article is available as an attachment.

This is not exhaustive. It proposes that the evaporation of black holes is the result of the application of the Lense-Thirring Effect and the extension of the Bardeen-Petterson Effect. By this way, we do not need Quantum Mechanics to explain it, only General Relativity. I let you examine it and tell me if a review would interest you.

I do not guarantee that the journal will accept the proposed reviewer, but I still prefer to submit the name of a physicist I do not know personally and for whom black holes represent a research interest.

Best regards,

Alexandre.
