Hello, Im working on a receptor involved in neurodegeneration and I need to investigate whether intrinsic or extrinsic cascades are involved. Do you think using caspase 8 and 9 antibodies can be a good way?

I have limited snap frozen and frozen embedded tissues at the moment so I don't want to lose them for trial. Thank you in advance.
