I am highly interested on Egyptian hieroglyphics, but I haven't found not enough didactic sources yet I could learn with. Do you know of some of them? It doesn't matter the language nor the type of source (web, book, pdf, online courses...).

"Lectures on the elements of hieroglyphics and Egyptian antiquities". By the Marquis Spineto.This book is quite old now but you may still find interesting.Another good book for beginners is "Egyptian Language: Easy Lessons in Egyptian Hieroglyphics with Sign List" By E. A. Wallis Budge.Hope these help

In addition to @Nico Muscat helpful suggestions, I just now found some notes on Egyptian hyroglyphics and mathematics at

This paper includes a list of Egyptian hyroglyphic numbers (page 6) and how hyroglyphics are used to do addition and to write down fractions. On page 18, there is some very interesting geometry.

Very interesting, Karl. Same conclusion it seems that I came to in my look at Ancient Egypt. I didn't know it actually had been allocated a name. The conceptual methods of the Egyptians were astounding and not limiting to writing.
