Looking to make Haplotype networks in the above mentioned software or any other such freeware.

In DnaSP (after formatting each of the taxa to their responding localities/population), go to Generate> Haplotype Data File> Roehl Data File (Network Software). After generating the *.rdf file, open in NETWORK, calculate network and lastly, Draw Network by opening the *.out file.

There are many options for carrying out such task:
You may usethe software TCS which enable gene genealogies estimation using statistical parsimony. You can download the software from this site:

You can also use the free software package PopART (Population Analysis with Reticulate Trees):

The function 'parsimnet' in the package haplotypes (implemented in R) would also be useful:

I know three options where you can make your "haplotypes networks"
1) Arlequin Software (manually)
2) Network
3) TCS with statistical parsimony

hi. Yes if we're using NETWORK, it only got us the screenshot type of figure, where we need to redraw it in other graphical software for further illustration.Due to that, I've found another software that could help, i.e. PopART. You should try it, it's ore user friendly and can save the image in .pdf.
