Why don't you infuse the solution of the compound in the MS/MS directly and search for the fragments? This is useful especially if there are no data about the possible fragments of a particular compound.

Thank you sirs. I'm trying to draw the structure of the ions. It is a bit tricky sometimes.

I know that one of the ions I want is this one (m/z ca. 187). I'm trying to figure out what 107 would look like.

Have you tryed some in silico fragmentation like Metfrag?

you can post the spectrum the tool will try to find the sum formula and associated compounds and then do a in silico fragmentation and give back the structure of the fragments.
