I would like to know if someone is using Lyrics 12 colors and what are the impressions about this new BD equipment to do immunophenotyping and microvesicles detection? Does anyone evaluate the performances between Lyrics 14 parameters and Cytoflex S (Beckman) to immunophenotyping, cytokine dosage, and microvesicle detection?
I would like to receive opinions about this two equipments from owners to choose the best equipment to our institute!
