Hi all,
Do you know of any good blue tagged anti-chicken antibody for immunofluorescence on cultured neurons or other cell types? I am doing an immunocytochemistry assay that needs all 4 colors: blue, green, red and infra-red on hippocampal neurons and needs to find a good blue secondary antibody for the chicken primary antibody that I have (which is the channel that I will not quantify - due to the dimming property of blue antibody...).
By the way, I have been looking on google scholar and google in general but have not found any good reference for this. Jackson, Abcam and Santa Cruz seem to have a few options but since there is no paper cited, I am a bit hesitatant.
