Could anyone guide me for designing antigen oligos barcode specific to any virus strain?

I am planning to perform sequence based mapping of B-cell receptor by conjugating any viral antigen with a oligonucleotide barcode specific to that virus strain. However, I have gone through many articles but did not find a way to design or customize oligonucleotide barcode manually. If anyone knows about it, kindly help me with this matter.
