I think there is a positive association between organisational agility and innovation capability. Agile organisation has higher tendency for innovation. Agility makes organisation flexible, proactive, creative and resilient.
Organizational agility refers to flexibility and adaptability of organization to changes. Organizational agility improves organizational learning, which is an essential ingredient to develop creative thinking and innovative approach. Organizational learning will eventually lead to creation of core competence, which is the basic foundation for organizational innovation. Thus there exist distinct relationship between organizational agility and organizational innovative capability.
