We try to make determination total polyphenol and chlorophyll from younger leaf until mature leaves (from first leaf until 4th leaf). is there any correlation between total polyphenol and chlorophyll in leaf, actually betwen young leaf or mature leaf?

Yes, there is a significant correlation between total polyphenol accumulation and chlorophyll content with leaf maturity. You can read the following paper....

Normally it has been reported that chlorophyll content is directly correlated with antioxidant capacity. For instance, see the following references:

I respect the above-answers but in the case of oxidative stress, previous studies have reported that chlorophyll contents reduced. Lipid peroxidation level increases, and to counter this plant accumulates ROS scavengers. This includes enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidant system, which is not consistent with other answers....If you need, I can attach many related articles, because I am actually working on this...This case is for oxidative stress environment....
