When it comes to convergence issue I always try to follow the following steps to figure out why the analysis doesn't converge.

1. Checking the output file (as suggested by Abhishek Deshpande ).

2.Paying attention to the errors and warnings to understand the nature of the problem.

3. Checking the boundary conditions.

4.Checking the contacts if are existed in the numerical model.

5.Checking material definition.

6.Resolving instabilities by adding appropriate damping element which is going to be applying a weak spring in ANSYS software.

7.Increasing the time steps and switching to explicit simulation are going to be the last options to consider.

Can you please provide details on error and warning messages you are getting? (Look at .err file or .out file)

Reading though those will give you clues on what the problem really is...
