Hi all,

I run qPCR to estimate the concentration of my rotavirus in my samples. According to the data, I have a very low concentration (around 10^3). I need to have a better concentration at least 10^6.

I know there are many ways to concentrate a virus e.g., sucrose gradients, CsCL. I am looking for another rapid, effective way as I do not have a lot of the virus. I only have around 200 mL of 10^3. and I need around 50 mL or more of 10^6.

Any suggestion or help with this matter will be appreciate it.
