I am trying to detect the IFN-gamma levels (quantitative analysis) in J774 cells treated with specific polysaccharides using CBA Flex set from BD Biosciences. the kit does not tells about the concentration of the capture bead and IFN-gamma antibodies to be used in the treatment procedure being used.
any insight into the issue will be greatly acknowledged
We have used the CBA Flex kit several times. Please read the kit insert, it has all of the information.
