Hello everyone,
I want to make a Lentiviral clone for over-expression of mature miRNA. How suitable is pGIPZ plasmid ? I could find a protocol (http://cshprotocols.cshlp.org/content/2013/7/pdb.prot075853). I want to use the lenti-viral vector for generation of stable clones and inject one of the miRNA-over-expressing clone in mice. If there are any better vector/protocol or suggestions, please share with me.

I've used a pGIPZ cloned shRNA for lentiviral transduction assays in cells (not animals). I ordered it from GE (I didn't construct it) and it worked nicely.
Thanks a lot Andre. Dharmacon pGIPZ construct really work very well in cells and animals. Actually I need a couple of miRNAs Lentiviral constructs and was thinking to clone them in the pGIPZ vector.
